Our case manager is responsible for the intake process. People in need are usually referred by other agencies or churches. The guests call our case manager at the number provided and she sets up an interview. Once the guests have had a background check she welcomes them into the house and provides information regarding various help agencies to help them get on their feet. Together, they devise a plan of action with goals and timelines. Each guest has 30-60 days in order to implement their plan. Throughout their stay, she provides support and assistance in helping them.
